JD.com CEO arrested over sexual misconduct in US

Liu Qiangdong, Chinese billionaire and CEO of Chinese online retail giant JD.com has been arrested over misconduct allegations on late Friday. However he was released on Saturday afternoon. A statement was posted on Chinese social media Weibo where the arrest was confirmed. However it also said that he was arrested over fake allegations that was in direct contradiction of what US authorities said about the arrest.
