The supreme leader of Iran Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has vowed "severe revenge" after the United States killed General Qassem Soleimani, the chief of Iran's elite Quds Force in an airstrike at the Baghdad airport on Friday. "All enemies should know that the jihad of resistance will continue with a doubled motivation, and a definite victory awaits the fighters in the holy war, Khamenei wrote on Twitter.
