US President Joe Biden landed in Vietnam on Sunday after a successful G20 Summit 2023. However, Joe Biden faced another "Joe moment" here while addressing the press conference. He seemed very "confused" while talking to the media. "I'll just follow my orders here. Staff, is there anybody that hasn't spoken yet?
