Micro-blogging site Twitter has said that it will hand control of the presidential POTUS account to Joe Biden on inauguration day even if Donald Trump refuses to concede defeat. Twitter spokesperson Nick Pacilio said the social media giant is "actively preparing to support the transition of White House institutional Twitter accounts on January 20th, 2021." Jill Biden will get the FLOTUS account on the same day.
