Jordan's Prince Hamza, who was accused of plotting to destabilise the country, has reportedly pledged his allegiance to King Abdullah after mediation by the royal family. This comes two days after the Prince was placed under house arrest. "I place myself in the hands of his majesty the king... I will remain committed to the constitution of the dear Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan," a letter by Prince Hamza said.
