Judge suggested Trump to mute offending Twitter users

US President Donald Trump uses social networking site Twitter aggressively and there have been a question if he can legally block people whose opinions don’t match with his. As the president of US, his Tweets are considered to be the statement from White House, and Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald has proposed that Trump can mute his those who oppose him, instead of blocking them.
