Justice Arun Mishra, the Head Judge of the Constitutional bench that is hearing the case on land acquisition law has targeted the groups of people in social media that are demanding his withdrawal from the bench. He said that such people are trying to malign the judiciary. "Can the Chief Justice be compelled to reconstitute the bench? Is it not about maligning the institution? Some people in media are ganging up," he said.
