Canada PM Justin Trudeau remained silent for 21 seconds before answering a question about President Donald Trump’s threat to use military force aginst the protesters across US. After 21 second of hesitation, Trudeau without taking Trump's name said: "We all watch in horror and consternation what’s going on in the US.
