Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, drawing his attention over the action of Karnataka police in blocking a key state highway ferrying essential commodities to the state. Vijayan has urged PM Modi to intervene in the matter. He pointed out that the Thalassery-Coorg State Highway 30, connecting Kerala with Coorg in Karnataka has been blocked, forcing vehicles to take longer route.
