Just before PM Modi's 'Howdy Modi' rally at Houston, a city court issued summons to the PM on a petition alleging 'unilateral annexation' of J&K on 5 Aug leading to a military exercise that involved human rights violation in the valley. 2 unnamed Kashmiris filed a complaint via Kashmir Khalistan Referendum Front. The report states a 73-page lawsuit accusing Modi, Amit Shah & Dhillon for counterinsurgency operations in the valley.
