Lashkar-e-Taiba is the perfect proxy for Pakistan's ISI: US expert

According to a leading American expert Christine Fair from the Georgetown University, Lashkar-e-Taiba is the perfect proxy for Pakistan's spy agency ISI. She also said that Pakistan Army trains the LeT personnel which is why they are so pro-State and competent. Fair said she is a constitutionalist and she supports India's govt decision to revoke Article 370 from the constitution. Article 370 was discriminatory, she added.
