Union Minister Piyush Goyal, who is also a chartered accountant by profession had predicted nearly an exact figure of 292-303 that BJP may win in the 2019 Lok Sabha election. He said that in August 2018, a survey was conducted in which the asked several questions about the BJP government in an physical interview. In 2013 also, he predicted a clean sweep of BJP in the 2014 Lok Sabha election and that also came true.
