LS Polls: "Toss the Coin" if there's a tie between 2 candidates to decide the winner

Did you know how a winner decided if there is a tie between 2 candidates during the LS elections? Well, lottery or tossing the coin! The person whose name is drawn will get an extra vote & win. On the counting day, the winners will be declared once the counting of votes is done for all the polling booths for a particular seat. The EC will then issue a certificate declaring that a particular person has won a seat.
