After four weeks of violent protests against fuel price rises, tax rising and other problems, France's president Emmanuel Macron has promised a minimum wage hike and tax concessions. In the televised address, Macron has condemned the act of violence while acknowledging their anger, which was legitimate in many cases. He said the country needs to create jobs and reinstating a tax on wealthy people would weaken France.
