Maharashtra CM's name used for Ladies bar and hookah parlor

Hookah is banned in Maharashtra. However, Municipal commissioner Ajoy Mehta has got a certificate to start a Ladies bar Hookah parlor with the chief minister Devendra Fadnavis's name on it. The certificate has been generated through the BMC system that required details like name, address, PAN card number or business details. BMC has complained to the police against unknown persons for using the CM's credentials.
