According to a leaked report, the Maharashtra government Bhagat Singh Koshyari has recommended President's rule in the state after Shivsena asked for an extension of time to prove the majority. The political situation in Maharashtra is still not clear with Congress, NCP and Shivsena yet to come to terms. On the other hand, Shiv Sena has moved the Supreme Court against the governor's recommendation alleging that he acted in haste.
