Malaysia files criminal charges against Goldman Sachs over 1MDB

Malaysia has filed charges against Goldman Sachs Group Inc. regarding 1MDB bond sales. For some time, Goldman Sachs has been under scrutiny in six countries and on Monday Malaysia filed the charges from the commission and abatement of false statements by the company and 2 of its former employees. The fraud went to the heart of Malaysia capital markets, Malaysia attorney general Tommy Thomas said.
