Mamata Banerjee gets invitation from Sant’Egidio to attend ‘World Meeting for Peace’

TMC leader and West Bengal Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee has been invited to the World Meeting for Peace by the community of Sant’Egidio in Rome. As many as 500 religious and political personalities from different parts of the world have been invited to the meeting by the Rome-based community. Pope Francis, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and others have been invited to the meeting.
