BJP MP Maneka Gandhi, who is known for her love for animals, was heavily praised by the Twitter users after she came to the rescue of a monkey lying injured on the roadside in central Delhi after a journalist posted a picture of the animal on Twitter and tagged former Union Minister. The journalist Bharti Jain tweeted the image of the injured monkey and tagged the MP and the latter prompted a quick action to help the poor animal.
