More than 43L cases await decision: Gogoi writes to PM to strengthen SC & HC

As the situation gets serious, the Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi writes 3 letters to PM Modi. In his letters, Gogoi suggested PM Modi measures to fix the issue of pending more than 43 lakh cases in the Supreme Court and high courts. He writes that the number of judges needed to be increased from 31 in SC and also the retirement age of the HC judges should be increased from 62 to 65.
