MP and Chattisgarh Election: EC admits blackout at EVM strongroom

Following the accusations by Congress party over EVM-malfunctioning in MP and Chhattisgarh, The ECI admitted that a strongroom in Bhopal where EVMs were stored faced a blackout on Friday after a power cut in the area. The agreed that CCTV cameras in the strongroom did not work for over an hour. They are functional now, and 2 security personnel have been deployed to prevent any mishappening, ECI added.
