According to the sources, senior politician Mukul Roy is likely to be made the national vice president of the Trinamool Congress (TMC). The fresh development comes days after Roy left BJP to join TMC along with son Subranshu, in the presence of Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. Roy held the position of national vice president in BJP as well. He switched the sides after BJP lost the election in Bengal.
