Nagaland environment minister passes away due to coronavirus

C M Chang, the environment minister of Nagaland passed away after getting affected by the novel coronavirus on Monday in Kohima, taking the death toll in the state to 18. Chang, a retired IAS officer and former Member of Parliament, was 77. He was undergoing treatment at the Naga Hospital Authority Kohima. A two-day mourning from October 13 to October 14 has been declared in the state in respect of the late minister.
