Poll strategist Prashant Kishor has informed Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh that he won't be taking over as the latter's Principal Advisor. "I request you to kindly relieve me from this responsibility," Kishor said to the Punjab CM while adding that he is taking a temporary break from "active role in public life". Kishor has been meeting Congress leaders with an aim to unite the opposition against the BJP.
