Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari today clarified that neither has he offered to step down nor has he been asked to resign from the post, after party's poor performance in the recently-held assembly elections. However, sources earlier claimed that the leader contacted a top party functionary and offered to step down as the Delhi unit chief after facing defeat against Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party.
