The UP government is going to announce a new population policy for 2021-2030 on July 11, the date which is observed as World Population Day. Under the policy, those who will help in population control are likely to receive incentives from the government. "There is also a lack of awareness about the population in certain communities. Therefore, there is a need for community-centric awareness efforts," CM Yogi Adityanath said.
