New Zealand party's page taken down by Facebook over COVID-19 "misinformation" ahead of polls

The page of New Zealand's political party Advance New Zealand was taken down by Facebook over Covid misinformation just two days ahead of the general elections in the country. "We don't allow anyone to share misinformation on our platforms about Covid-19 that could lead to imminent physical harm," a Facebook spokesperson said. The party's co-leader Billy Te Kahika accused Facebook of interfering in the elections.
