Not seeking a new Cold War or world divided into rigid blocs: Joe Biden at UNGA
US President Joe Biden said in his first address before the UN General Assembly that Washington does not seek a new Cold War. "We are not seeking a new Cold War or a world divided into rigid blocs. The US is ready to work with any nation that pursues peaceful resolutions....because we have all suffered the consequences of our failures," Biden said. He further added that US is opening a new era of relentless diplomacy.
