Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal reintroduced the odd-even scheme in Delhi from November 4 to 15 on Friday. Implemented first time in 2016, under the odd-even scheme, cars with licence plates ending in an odd number and even number are allowed to operate on alternate days. To keep a check on pollution in Delhi, Odd-even scheme to be implemented for third time by the Delhi government.
