Odisha deputy speaker, 11 other legislators contract coronavirus disease a day ahead of monsoon session

Odisha assembly Deputy Speaker Rajanikant Singh and 11 others MLAs have tested positive for the novel coronavirus, a day ahead of the scheduled commencement of the monsoon session of the state Assembly. Odisha ministers Samir Dash, Padmini Dian and Jyoti Panigrahi have contracted the disease for the second time. Deputy Speaker Rajanikant Singh has been admitted to SUM COVID Hospital in Bhubaneswar.
