One arrested in connection with Bengal BJP MLA death, CID starts investigation

The West Bengal police have arrested one person in connection with the death of BJP MLA Debendra Nath Roy in Bengal's North Dinajpur district. The arrested person has been identified as Niloy Sinha and is one of the two persons mentioned in the note found from Roy's pocket. A case under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered. CID has started the investigation for murder and conspiracy to murder.
