While addressing an event in Pokhran on Friday, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said 'Till today, our nuclear policy is 'No First Use'. What happens in the future depends on the circumstances.' He was in Pokhran on Friday morning to pay respects to late PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his first death anniversary. India had declared a "no first use" nuclear policy after the nuclear weapons test in 1998.
