The protests in Belarus have entered their sixth week with the public anger riling up against President Alexander Lukashenko, who claimed a landslide victory in the elections. Nearly 10,000 protestors took to the streets of Minsk on Sunday to demand an end of Lukashenko. The opposition leaders have claimed that the election was rigged. Lukashenko has ruled Belarus for 25 years and enjoys the support of Moscow.
