Samad Baloch, Secretary-General of the Baloch Council of Human Rights, said that Pakistan had become a breeding ground for terrorists. He added by saying that it has become a world treat as there is no law and justice. The aid Pak receives from international officials and other counties to fight terrorism is instead used to fund illegal activities like training suicide bombers to carry out terrorism.
