Different people and different statements clearly show Pakistan's needs to have talks internally. While the former Army Chief and president of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf and Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi have claimed to have links with Jaish-e-Mahommad, the Major General Asif Ghafoor has claimed that JeM does not exist in Pakistan. Musharraf confessed ISI used terrorists to carry out attacks in India.
