External Affairs Minister addressed the United Nations General Assembly today and talked about the economic and social transformation of India and the need for UN to undergo fundamental reform for 'contemporary reality'. Speaking about India's back-out from talks with Pakistan, she said that Pakistan has been harbouring terrorism, which is this era's biggest threat, and 'masking malevolence with verbal duplicity'.
