Phillipines' Duterte says sorry for cursing Barrack Obama

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has called Barrack Obama 'a son of a whore” in 2016. He said that the US was criticizing his violent drug crackdown continuously and the curses came out of his mouth. He said that now Obama is a civilian and he would like to apologize for using those words back then. However, Duterte defended the rape cases and said there are many beautiful women and that is why rapes happen.
