A plane carrying a Pakistani delegation led by the country's national assembly speaker Asad Qaiser was not allowed to land in Kabul due to security reasons. The plane was sent back after the discovery of explosives. The years-old explosives were found buried near the airport. The nine-member parliamentary delegation was invited by Speaker of Afghan Wolesi Jirga Mir Rehman Rehmani, for a three-day visit.
