As poll strategist Prashant Kishor met Sharad Pawar for the second time in the month, reports emerged that he was planning hands with Sharad Pawar to united the opposition for challenging the BJP in the next general elections. Rebuffing the reports, Kishor said, "I don't believe a Third or Fourth Front could emerge as a successful challenge to the current dispensation." Kishor and Pawar had a three-hour meeting on June 11.
