Rajasthan cop made 13 men walk through the street of Alwar half-naked

13 men were accused to have fired at the Behror police station on 6th of September to help Haryana gangster Papla Gujrar aka Vikram escape. The police made all 13 accused gangsters parade through the streets half-naked to instill fear among the gangsters and criminals. Alwar police had faced severe criticism after the 6th of September, and this step by the police on Sunday is a strong message from them to the criminals.
