Known for silly, insensitive and unsure comments, Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has again made a doltish comment regarding rapes. He tried to justify rapes and so for that, he said that rapes are inevitable till the time beautiful women are there. When this was not enough he gave another offensive comment, “Who agrees to do it on the first request anyway? Will the woman allow it? No. ‘Don’t, no, ahhh.’
