Russian Govt resigns, President Vladimir Putin pitches to form a new government
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev resigned and said President Vladimir Putin picks up to choose a new government. Medvedev’s government had been criticized for inefficiency and his popularity ratings lag those of the president. PM Medvedev stated that the proposals would make different kinds of changes to the country's balance of power due to which he resigned. Medvedev had also served four years as President from 2008.
