The Lucknow-based scooty owner whose vehicle was used by Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra while she was on way to meet the family of SR Darapuri in Lucknow, was issued a challan on Rs 61,000 for driving without a helmet. The man named Rajdeep Singh paid the fine from his own pocket and returned the money given by Congress. Rajdeep is not a member of Congress but was impressed with Priyanka's work.
