'Sea Eagles' squadron to extend surveillance in eastern seaboard: Indian Navy chief

Indian Naval Chief Karambir Singh has commissioned the Navy's 5th Dornier squadron 'Sea Eagles' and said it would augment surveillance in the eastern seaboard. He added- INAS 313 would enable faster response to challenges at sea & squadron will be handy while handling natural disasters. INAS 313 will patrol the Indian Ocean area, enhance maritime domain awareness & strengthen Navy's presence in Bay of Bengal & southern region.
