Shiv Sena MLA from Chandivali, Dilip Lande on Saturday made a contractor sit on a waterlogged road and asked workers to dump garbage on him after a road was waterlogged due to improper drainage cleaning. Lande said that he asked his workers to dump the garbage on the contractor because he didn't do his job properly. Heavy rains, coupled with thunderstorm and strong winds, lashed Mumbai and its suburbs on Saturday.
