Senior NCP leader DP Tripathi dies at 67 after prolonged illness

DP Tripathi, the Senior leader of the Nationalist Congress Party(NCP) passed away on Thursday after a prolonged period of illness. Tripathi was 67 years old. NCP MP Supriya Sule and several other leaders expressed their grief and offered their condolences to Tripathi's family. "He was the General Secretary of NCP, and a guide and mentor to all of us. We will miss his wise counsel and guidance," Supriya Sule tweeted.
