Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has taken a dig at PM Modi, saying he just did his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ instead of discussing the COVID-19 situation in the state. Soren said this after getting a call from PM Modi on the COVID-19 situation in the country on Thursday.
