Soaring Unemployment: Post with Class V eligibility attracts PhD holders

The country witnesses the instance of Upsurging unemployment where 28,000 post-graduates and 3,700 are PhD holders, out of total 93,000 people, have applied for 62 posts of ‘Messengers’ with a basic salary of Rs 20,000 in the UP Telecom Department whose minimum eligibility is class V and person can ride a bicycle. Only 7,400 lineups with minimum qualification and others are MBA and B.Tech overqualified candidates.
