Terrorism emerging from Afghanistan may spread to Kashmir: Russian ambassador warns

Nikolay Kudashev, Russia's ambassador to India, said in a media interaction at the Russian embassy that Russia and India share the concern of terrorism from Afghanistan spreading to Russian territory or Kashmir. "This is a matter of common concern and this is a matter of continued dialogue between Russia and India within multiple frameworks," Kudashev said. He said that Russia wants an inclusive government in Afghanistan.
