Today was the day when India had to face the darkest time of history as Indira Gandhi called for Emergency. Remembering the day on its 44th anniversary, PM Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday slammed the Congress party. Shah took to Twitter and said, "It was on this day in 1975 that democracy of the country was killed by a few only for their own political interests. I salute to all soldiers."
